# One partner for your AI strategy, your people and what you build.

Most agencies do one of these three. We work out with you where AI pays off, train your team to use it themselves, and build the agents that take over the work.

- One fixed team, one monthly fee
- Two months' notice to stop

## Strategy, training, development

- **Strategy**: We pick the processes that cost the most time and money, and work out what automating them would save.
- **Training**: Your people learn to use AI in their own work. We measure progress on day 0, 30 and 90. [More on AI Training](https://www.whatsnext-ai.com/ai-training)
- **Development**: We build the agents, keep them running and put something new live every month.

## Building it is the easy part.

Building an agent takes weeks. Keeping it doing its job for a year is most of the work.

So what we sell is a team. It builds the agent, keeps it running and adds to it.

## The cycle

- **1. Identify**: We pick the process where the most time and money sits.
- **2. Train**: The people who do that work learn to use AI for it and to check its output.
- **3. Work out**: We write down the steps, the exceptions and the limits, and who approves what.
- **4. Build**: It goes live in your own systems, a person approves what matters, and we keep it running.

Then the cycle starts again. What you build shows you the next process worth doing.

## From first agent to a company that runs on AI, in twelve months.

Three phases. After each one you see what it returned, and then you decide on the next.

- **The foundation** (Month 1): Processes mapped, the first one chosen, access to your data sorted, ends with: first agent live
- **Expanding** (Month 2-6): Something new live every month, and we train the people who use it, ends with: live every month
- **Scaling and handover** (Month 7-12): Other departments join, day to day management moves to you, ends with: you run it
- **Running and keeping it current** (Month 1-12): Monitoring, model updates and fixes, from day one

### Decision points

- Month 1: After phase 1
- Month 6: After phase 2
- Month 12: After phase 3

A typical year, not a fixed plan. We draw up yours in the first month and adjust it every quarter.

## A project stops at handover. A partnership starts there.

- **A rolling roadmap**: Each month we set the priorities again, based on what happened that month.
- **Building and running in one team**: The people who built it keep it running. There is no handover to a separate support desk.
- **It compounds**: Every new agent reuses the connections, tests and agreements of the last one. That is why the third one takes half the time of the first.

## What those three agents gave back.

Hours spent before, and hours with the agent running. The figures come from delivered projects; the cases have the detail.

| Task | Before | With AI |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Tender analysis | 80 hours per tender | 1 hours per tender |
| Product data to live page | 80 hours per batch | 8 hours per batch |
| First-line support | 40 hours per week | 4 hours per week |

From delivered client projects. The [case studies](https://www.whatsnext-ai.com/cases) give the figures per client.

## What an agent may decide, where your data sits and who owns the work.

Three questions come up in every first conversation. These are the answers as the contract states them.

- **Human in the loop**: An agent proposes and acts within the limits you set. Anything that touches money, a customer or a contract waits for a person. We log every action in a form your accountant can read.
- **Your data stays where it belongs**: Hosting in the EU, ISO 27001 certified. Where an AI provider offers it, we agree terms that stop them keeping your data. If a provider cannot offer that, you hear it before we build on it. The [security page](https://www.whatsnext-ai.com/security) has the four hosting options and what each one costs.
- **It is all yours, including the exit**: Code, prompts and configuration sit in your own repositories from day one. If you stop the partnership, everything keeps running and the hosting carries on. We hand over the management and switch nothing off.

## One monthly fee, from €2,750.

You pay for what is on the roadmap and what is running. We do not bill hours. Within that roadmap something goes live every month. Once a quarter we check together whether the fee still fits the work, and adjust it up or down.

- **€2,750** per month (€33,000 a year)
- Most partnerships sit between €2,750 and €6,000 a month.

### Included

- One build track running at a time
- Everything already in production monitored
- Keeping models and prompts current when providers change them
- A monthly roadmap call and a quarterly review

Several departments on one roadmap, or a dedicated team of your own? That gets its own proposal, with response times in writing.

### What sets the fee

- **How much is running**: Every agent in production has to be monitored, updated and tested. That work grows with the number of processes you have automated, not with the number of employees you have.
- **How fast you want to build**: One new process a month needs a different team than something live every two weeks. You set the pace, we tell you what it costs.
- **How reachable your data is**: One system with a clean connection is different work from twelve years of documents on a shared drive. We see that in the first weeks and tell you straight away.

All prices exclude VAT. Model usage, hosting and your own software licences are billed at cost on top, never marked up.

## Sometimes this is the wrong shape, and we say so early.

A short conversation beats a contract you regret after three months.

If you want one thing built and then left alone, a project is cheaper. If off the shelf software already does the job, we will say that in the first call. And if you first want to see whether AI returns anything at all, start with the [Quick Scan](https://www.whatsnext-ai.com/quick-scan) or the [AI audit](https://www.whatsnext-ai.com/ai-audit).

## Three steps, and you can stop after any of them.

- **01 A 30 minute call**: What is running now, where it gets stuck and what that costs you per month. If it does not fit, you hear that in this call.
- **02 A proposal, within two working days**: Scope, the roadmap for the first quarter and the monthly fee. One page, no deck.
- **03 One decision call**: You ask what is still open, and we adjust the proposal where needed. You will not get a string of follow up emails.

## FAQ

### Is there a minimum term?

No. We work per quarter and the notice period is two months. We made the quarterly review the easy moment to stop.

### What happens to what you built if we stop?

It keeps running. Code, prompts and configuration are already in your repositories and the hosting carries on. We hand over management, we switch nothing off.

### Can we start with one project first?

Yes, and that is how most partnerships started. A defined project gets its own quote. If the first call shows that one delivery is all you need, we will say so.

### Who works on this?

A fixed team with names, that knows your systems and your processes. You meet them at the kickoff and you work with them all year.

### How is this different from hiring someone?

One hire covers one discipline. AI work needs engineering, data work, integrations with your systems and someone who knows what breaks in production. You get that combination from day one, for less than one senior salary, and it does not walk out of the door when that person gets another offer.

### Do you work with our own developers?

Yes, and that is often the fastest route. They know your systems, we know how AI behaves in production. We train them as we go and raise the pace and the quality, so your own team can take on more over time.

### What is not included?

A support SLA with fixed response times is not standard, but we will price one if you need it. We do not do staffing by the hour, and we do not resell software licences: your tools stay on your account at your rate. Model and hosting costs are passed on at cost, never with a markup. Standalone workshops sit under [AI Training](https://www.whatsnext-ai.com/ai-training). And the roadmap is agreed work, so a big new request pushes something else into the next quarter.

## Start with one conversation.

Thirty minutes on what is stuck now and what it costs you per month. After that you know whether a partnership fits or whether a project is enough.
