# Get your whole team AI-ready in 5 weeks.

Hands-on training in the AI tools you already use, from people who build AI agents every week.

- In your own AI tools
- Half days only
- Groups of 10 to 12
- A certificate for every participant
- Nobody left at level 0

Your team uses AI, but every week starts from scratch. Everyone tries things on their own. Nobody shares what works, so it stays a set of loose experiments.

## The people who also build your agents.

We build AI agents and automations every week. What we learn there is in your training a week later.

- [Axel Dekker](https://www.whatsnext-ai.com/team/axel-dekker), Founder: Gives the workshops and the management sessions, and sits with the teams whose agents we build next.
- [Patrick van Gelder](https://www.whatsnext-ai.com/team/patrick-van-gelder), Co-founder, AI & Data: Sets up your AI environment and skills: saved instructions that do one task your way. He trains your front-runners to run it without us and builds the agents that come next.

## Choose where you start.

Three ways to start: one department, the front-runners, or the whole company.

### 01 For one department

One morning, one team, on their own tasks. Everyone leaves with at least one working skill.

€3,000 per workshop · Half a day · up to 12 people (from €250 each)

- AI for Sales: Proposals and follow-ups go out the same week, in your own words.
- AI for Finance: The month closes without late evenings, and the chasing gets done.
- AI for Operations: Planning, delivery notes and handovers stop living in three inboxes.
- AI for Customer service: Every customer gets a first reply the same day, in their own language.
- AI for HR: Onboarding, screening and the same policy questions stop eating your week.
- AI for Marketing: One brief becomes a week of posts and product copy, in your own tone.
- AI for Management: Walk into the meeting with the decision, not forty pages to read.

Another team? Every workshop starts with a thirty-minute intake, so the tasks are always yours.

### 02 For the front-runners

For people on level 2 who want to go further.

- From skill to agent · From €5,000 · Project · 2 to 4 weeks: A task your team built as a skill becomes an agent that runs on its own. [See agents](https://www.whatsnext-ai.com/ai-agents)
- Safe and responsible AI at work · €3,000 · Half a day · leadership and policy: What is allowed and how to write it down, with GDPR and the AI Act applied to your work.

### 03 For the whole company

Five weeks, every department. Afterwards nobody is on level 0 and every team has an AI go-to person.

- AI Programme · From €6,000 · Five weeks · groups of 10 to 12 · up to 50 people (€300 each): Start small and add the rest later. What you paid for Start comes off the full price.
  - Start: €6,000. Complete: €15,000. Per person: 7 half days across 5 weeks. Front-runners: 1 extra hour a week..
  - Intake and baseline: a level per person: Start, Complete
  - Five half days of basics for everyone: Start, Complete
  - Your own environment, in your current AI tools: Start, Complete
  - Two half days per department, on its own tasks: Complete
  - A front-runner group that takes over from us: Complete
  - Measured again at day 30 and 90, to see what stuck: Complete

## The work people rebuild in the room.

Every session runs on your own tasks, but the patterns repeat. Here is a sample: the task, what it costs today and what people walk out with.

- 01 · Sales: Turn a 60-page tender into a one-page summary (Today: 3 hours, every tender). The requirements, the deadlines, the knock-out criteria and the go or no-go, pulled out of the document and written in your own format. People leave with a skill that does it for the next tender, and a checklist of what to read by hand anyway.
- 02 · Sales: Write the follow-up after a first meeting (Today: 20 minutes, every meeting). From your notes to a mail in your own tone, with what was agreed, what is open and the next date. The skill keeps your phrasing, not a generic sales template.
- 03 · Sales: Answer an RFI with what you already wrote (Today: Half a day, every request). Most answers already exist in earlier bids. The session builds a skill that finds them, rewrites them for this question and marks the parts that genuinely need a person.
- 04 · Finance: Draft the month-end memo from the ledger export (Today: 4 hours, every month). The variances, the explanations you gave last month and the house style, applied to this month’s export. Finance keeps the judgement, the typing goes away.
- 05 · Finance: Chase overdue invoices in the right tone (Today: 2 hours, every week). A first, second and final reminder that differ in tone, with the invoice details filled in and the escalation rule written down so nobody has to guess when to pick up the phone.
- 06 · Finance: Read a supplier contract for the terms that cost money (Today: 90 minutes, every contract). Indexation, notice periods, auto-renewal and liability, pulled out and compared with what you normally accept. Anything unusual is flagged for a person, never decided by the tool.
- 07 · Operations: Pull the planning update out of three inboxes (Today: 1 hour, every morning). What changed since yesterday, who is waiting on whom, and what needs a decision today, in the format your stand-up already uses.
- 08 · Operations: Turn a photo of a delivery note into a record (Today: 5 minutes, every delivery). Supplier, order number, quantities and exceptions, read off the photo and written in the format your system expects. Anything unreadable goes back to a person.
- 09 · Operations: Write the shift handover so the next shift reads it (Today: 20 minutes, every shift). Five bullets instead of a wall of text: what broke, what is still open, what the next shift must not repeat.
- 10 · Customer service: Draft the first reply to a complaint (Today: 15 minutes, every complaint). Your tone, your policy and the order details, in a draft a person sends or edits. The skill never sends by itself, and it says when a case needs a call instead.
- 11 · Customer service: Answer the same question in eleven languages (Today: A translation round, every time). One answer, written once, rendered in the languages you serve, with the product names and legal lines left exactly as they are.
- 12 · Customer service: Summarise the week of tickets for the team meeting (Today: 2 hours, every week). The five things people complained about most, with an example each and what it would take to fix them. This is the task that usually turns into the first automation.
- 13 · HR: Build an onboarding checklist per role (Today: Half a day, every new role). Accounts, kit, reading, introductions and the first week’s goals, per role, in a list the hiring manager can edit rather than rewrite.
- 14 · HR: Turn a job description into a screening list (Today: 45 minutes, every vacancy). Must-haves, nice-to-haves and the questions that separate them, so two people screening the same pile agree on what a yes looks like.
- 15 · HR: Answer the same policy question for the tenth time (Today: 10 minutes, several times a week). The answer, with the passage from the handbook it came from, so people can check it. Where the handbook is silent, it says so instead of inventing a rule.
- 16 · Marketing: Turn one brief into a week of posts (Today: A day, every campaign). One message, in the formats each channel needs, in your own voice. People leave with the skill and with the rule for what never goes out without a human read.
- 17 · Marketing: Write product copy from the spec sheet (Today: 15 minutes, every product). Specifications into a description that reads like your catalogue, with the claims you are not allowed to make left out by rule.
- 18 · Marketing: Read the competitor’s site so you do not have to (Today: 2 hours, every quarter). What they changed, what they now claim, and where your own page is weaker, in a note your team can act on the same afternoon.
- 19 · Management: Get a decision memo out of a forty-page report (Today: 2 hours, every report). One page: what is being asked, the three options, what each costs and the recommendation, with the page numbers behind every claim.
- 20 · Management: Prepare the board pack without the last-minute night (Today: Two evenings, every quarter). The numbers from the systems, the narrative from last quarter’s structure, and the open decisions listed first. You edit, you do not assemble.
- 21 · Management: Turn five team updates into one management summary (Today: 2 hours, every Monday). Five teams send their update in their own shape. The summary for the management meeting comes out of it with the deviations at the top and the one question that needs a decision.

## It starts with one morning on your own work.

Twenty minutes of listening. The rest of the morning you build, on tasks you bring yourself, while we walk around and help.

- 09:00 Why now, where AI helps, and what is allowed here
- 09:20 Log in and build your first skill on a real customer email or quote
- 10:00 Three skills that fit your group, on your own material
- 11:00 Break
- 11:15 Everyone turns one recurring task into a skill
- 12:15 Everyone writes down what they do first tomorrow (Two weeks later we call to hear how it went.)
- 12:30 End

The five-week programme builds on this morning.

## Then five weeks for the whole company.

Half days on your own tasks, with a level for each person at the start, day 30 and day 90.

### The 0-3 method

- 0 Watches: Uses AI at home at most, not at work. Unsure what is allowed.
- 1 Uses: Uses the AI environment daily for simple prompts and projects.
- 2 Builds: Builds and improves skills without help. Gets colleagues started.
- 3 Leads: Looks after the team’s skills and spots the next task to automate. The one colleagues ask.

After the full programme nobody is on 0, and every team has two people on level 2 and one on level 3.

### What people can do afterwards.

Not what they heard, what they can do on Monday. Pick a level to see what it means in practice.

#### 1 Uses

Everyone, after the workshop or the first three weeks

- You know what a skill is and which one to use when
- You turn a real task from your own week into a skill that works
- You work in an environment that already knows your house style, tone and sources
- You know what the company has agreed about data and control

#### 2 Builds

Two or more per department, in the programme

- Adapt a skill and build a new one on a task of your department
- Put a process end to end in the environment
- Measure whether it actually saves time
- Write the one-page department guide colleagues use

#### 3 Leads

One per team, in the programme's core group

- Know how the environment is built and how to manage it
- Build a skill from nothing on a colleague's question
- Recognise when something should be an agent or an automation instead
- Keep and prioritise the backlog of what to automate next

The workshop gets one team to level 1. The programme takes the company to 2 and leaves one person per team on 3.

### Programme plan

- Week 1 · Intake and baseline: A level each, AI environment set up (measured)
- Week 1-3 · Basics for everyone: Five half days (nobody on 0)
- Week 2-4 · Per department: Two half days per team (time saved)
- Week 3-5 · Front-runners: One hour a week, then they take over (runs without us)
- Week 1-5 · Measuring: Day 0, day 30, day 90

Reports: Day 0 report (Week 1), Halfway report (Week 3), Day 30 report (Week 5)

A sample plan. Yours follows from the intake.

## What comes after the training

Some teams then build an agent with us. Here is what that did at Multi Ratio.

- ISO 27001 certified
- Anthropic partner
- Part of Eager

> Our biggest win is that the waiting disappeared. A new product used to depend on three different people and three calendars. Now one person owns the entire process, and a product can go online the moment it is ready to sell.

## Why this works where a course does not.

- 01 Your tasks, never a generic agenda: Every block is about a task from your own inventory. If we could copy an agenda to another company unchanged, it is the wrong agenda.
- 02 Your own environment, yours to keep: It runs in your own AI environment. No data with us, no extra licence, and everything we build stays yours, even if nothing follows.
- 03 Measured, not hoped: A level per person before we start, again at day 30 and again at day 90. No baseline, no programme: without it we cannot show you what it delivered.
- 04 Half days, never whole ones: Attention does not last a day, and you cannot close a warehouse or a service desk for one. Five half days beat two long ones, every time.
- 05 Trainers who also build the agents: Axel runs the sessions. For the per-department depth a specialist from our team joins, the same people who set up your environment and build what comes out of the backlog.

What we skip: ethics modules, the history of AI, tool overviews and e-learning.

## FAQ

### Our people are not technical. Do they need to know anything about AI?

No, the training is made for them. Before the first session, a ten-minute baseline shows who is on level 0, 1 or 2, and we teach each group at its own level. Everyone builds their first skill on an email or quote from their own inbox, and nobody has to install anything.

### How does the baseline work?

A ten-minute chat with an AI: a few questions and two small tasks. Each person gets a level from 0 to 3, and you only see the overview per team and department. It is not an exam and nobody fails.

### We did a ChatGPT workshop last year and nothing stuck.

Usually it ran on demos and ended at the door. Here everyone leaves with a task they do differently tomorrow, and on day 30 we check they still do.

### What does it cost, and how is it billed?

A workshop is €3,000, billed up front. The programme is €15,000 for up to 50 people, or €6,000 for the first two parts, billed 40% at the start, 40% after the basics and 20% after the report. Start the programme within 60 days of a workshop and we deduct the workshop in full. Prices exclude VAT. Travel and cancellation terms are on the request page.

### What happens after the programme?

Teams on level 3 end with a list of tasks worth automating, which can become an agent or a partnership. We only bring that up at day 90, and if the training did not work, we say so.

## Start with one department.

One morning, one team. See what sticks before the rest of the company joins.
