# AI Consultant

AI Operations · Rotterdam (hybrid) · Full-time · 40 hours per week · Employed · €3,500 – €5,000 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance

We build AI agents and automations for mid-market companies and train their teams to work with AI. Half of your time you give our AI trainings to client teams. The other half you run AI scans and advisory projects, and you translate what you find into projects for our build team.

## Responsibilities

- Give our AI trainings to teams at our clients, about half of your time.
- Run AI scans and advisory projects at clients, the other half of your time. A scan ends in a ranked list of opportunities.
- Translate what you find in scans and advisory work into projects for our build team.

## Requirements

- Experience as a trainer or teacher; you like standing in front of a group.
- Hands-on with AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, prompting, and automations with n8n or Make.
- A background in consultancy or advisory projects at mid-market companies.
- Good spoken and written Dutch and English.
