AI Consultant / Project Manager AI

We build practical AI solutions for companies — LLM integrations, AI agents, RAG systems and automation platforms. We’re looking for someone who sits between the technical and the commercial: not a classic project manager, not a pure engineer, but the person who turns client problems into delivered AI.

What you’ll do

Run client conversations to identify and clarify the real need.
Design AI solutions, judging feasibility and the right technology.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets and expected outcomes.
Brief development teams so projects start fast and well.
Track progress, run reviews and manage client expectations.
Spot follow-on opportunities and growth potential with clients.
Provide post-delivery support and measure real-world impact.
Communicate solutions in language the client understands.

What you bring

5+ years in consultancy, AI/tech, project leadership or client-facing roles.
Experience building, guiding or delivering AI solutions.
Understanding of LLM projects, with the ability to read Python.
Able to independently produce viable scopes and estimates.
End-to-end project management experience, including client communication.
Strong technical and strategic conversation skills.
Fluent Dutch and solid English.
HBO or WO-level working and thinking standards.

Nice to have

Consultancy, agency or product studio background.
Software development, data engineering or BI experience.
AI governance, compliance or GDPR knowledge.
Adoption, change management or post-delivery client guidance experience.
