The problem

Speed-to-lead is where deals are won or lost.

Forms then silence

A contact form and a follow-up in three days loses the buyer to whoever replied first.

Sales chases bad leads

Reps waste hours on unqualified enquiries because nothing scored them upfront.

No context on handoff

Leads arrive in the CRM as a name and an email, with the conversation lost.

What it does

02

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Will it annoy visitors?

No. It is designed to be helpful and concise, answering real questions rather than nagging people with pop-ups. As soon as a visitor shows clear intent it offers a booking or hands off to a human, and if someone just wants information it gives it without forcing them through a form. The goal is to feel like a fast, useful first responder, not a gatekeeper.

Which CRMs does it support?

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and most other common CRMs. The qualified lead, its score and the full chat transcript all sync over automatically, so your reps open a record that already has context. We map it to your existing pipeline stages and fields during setup so it fits how your team already works.

Can it book meetings directly?

Yes. For leads that clear your qualification bar, it can show your live calendar availability and book the meeting on the spot, while the buyer is still engaged. That removes the back-and-forth that loses warm leads, and the booking and reminders flow into your normal calendar. Leads that are not ready get routed for nurture instead.

How do you decide what qualified means?

We define your scoring rules together in discovery, based on the budget, timeline, fit and authority signals that actually predict a good deal for you. The agent then qualifies exactly the way your best rep would, and we adjust the thresholds as you see which leads convert. You stay in control of the bar so sales only gets leads worth their time.

What if the AI is unsure whether a lead qualifies?

When a conversation is ambiguous it errs toward capturing the lead and flagging it rather than dismissing it, so you never lose a real buyer to an over-strict rule. It can ask a clarifying question or route the lead to a human for a judgement call. Borderline cases are logged so we can refine the scoring over time.

Does it speak our customers languages?

Yes. It detects the visitor language and qualifies in it, which matters for cross-border and multilingual markets. Dutch, English and German are standard, and we can add others your audience uses. The scoring logic stays identical across every language.

How long to launch and what does it cost?

A qualification agent is typically live on your site within 2–3 weeks, including CRM integration and your scoring rules. Pricing is a one-time build plus a monthly fee for hosting and tuning, sized to your traffic and lead volume. Because it works around the clock, it usually pays for itself in the deals previously lost to slow follow-up.
