What document types can it handle?
Invoices, contracts, intake forms, delivery notes and similar documents, regardless of supplier or layout. Unlike rigid OCR templates, it reads the meaning of the document, so it copes when a supplier changes their format or sends a slightly different version. If you have an unusual document type, we test it on real samples before committing.
Where does the data go?
Straight into your ERP, CRM, accounting tool or a spreadsheet, in the structure those systems expect. We integrate with what you already run, like Exact, Twinfield, AFAS or your finance suite, rather than adding another place to check. The output is clean, validated data posted automatically, not a pile of files for someone to rekey.
What about documents it is unsure of?
When a field is unclear or a total does not match the purchase order, the document is flagged for a quick human approval instead of being guessed. This keeps accuracy high and means errors are caught before they reach your books. Over time the exceptions shrink as we tune it on your real document patterns.
How accurate is it really?
In production we see around 99% field-level accuracy on the document types we have tuned for, with validation rules catching the rest before posting. It checks totals, matches against purchase orders and cross-references your master data, so a mistake becomes a flag rather than a silent error. We measure accuracy on your own documents during the pilot so the number is honest, not a brochure claim.
Is our data secure and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. It runs on your own infrastructure or a trusted EU or US cloud, with access controls and full audit logging on every document processed. Sensitive financial and personal data stays within your governance, and we do not train public models on it. We document the data flow so your compliance team can review it before go-live.
How long to set up and what does it cost?
A first workflow for one document type, like supplier invoices, is usually live within 2–4 weeks, then we add more types.
