Senior Data Specialist
DataLuxembourg (hybrid)Full-time (32–40h)
We turn raw client data into reliable foundations for AI solutions. You’ll do practical data engineering while staying close to clients, with room to grow toward architectural leadership as the team expands.
What you’ll do
- Design and build data pipelines feeding LLMs, RAG systems and AI agents.
- Audit and structure client data — identify gaps, clean sources, define schemas.
- Work with AI engineers so data quality never becomes the limiting factor.
- Advise clients on their data infrastructure needs and capabilities.
- Define data standards and mentor junior team members as the team grows.
What you bring
- 4–8 years in data engineering, data science, analytics or a related field.
- Strong Python with SQL, data modelling and pipeline tools (dbt, Airflow or similar).
- Experience preparing unstructured data for LLM or RAG applications.
- Familiarity with GCP or AWS cloud data platforms.
- Direct client or business-stakeholder engagement experience.
- Able to communicate data insights in non-technical language.
- Fluent Dutch and strong English.
Nice to have
- Consultancy or agency background.
- Vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
- Data governance, compliance or GDPR knowledge in AI contexts.
