# AI Readiness

AI readiness is how prepared an organisation’s data, systems and processes are to deploy AI that actually works in production, not just in a demo.

## Definition

Most AI projects stall on data and integration, not on models. Readiness means your data is clean and retrievable, your systems expose the right APIs, and you have a sharp, high-ROI use case to start with. Assessing it first separates AI that ships from AI that stays a pilot.
