Move freight, not paperwork.
Freight, 3PL and last-mile operators run on documents and status updates. We build AI agents that read shipping paperwork into clean data and answer the where-is-my-shipment questions automatically, so your team works the exceptions instead of the repetition. The result is faster document turnaround, fewer rekeying errors and a support queue that no longer eats the operational day.
Freight · 3PL · Last-mile
Documents and status updates swallow the day.
Paperwork piles up
Bills of lading, customs forms and proof-of-delivery get rekeyed by hand across systems, slowly and with errors. The manual entry is a bottleneck on every shipment, and a single wrong field can hold up a delivery or a customs clearance.
Track-and-trace floods support
Where-is-my-shipment questions repeat all day and pull staff off real operational work. The answers already sit in your systems, but someone has to look them up every time, and the volume keeps your team reactive instead of solving the actual exceptions.
Quote requests sit unanswered
Inbound enquiries vary in fit, and the good ones wait while the team works the queue. A slow quote loses the business to a faster competitor, and there is rarely time to tell the serious shippers from the price-checkers.
The repetitive ops load, automated.
Process shipping documents
An agent reads bills of lading, customs forms and PODs, extracts the data and posts it to your systems, flagging anything low-confidence for review. It turns hours of manual keying into a review-and-approve step, so documents move faster and with fewer errors holding up shipments.
See the solutionAnswer track-and-trace
It reads status directly from your systems and replies to shipment questions automatically, in the customer’s language, around the clock. The repetitive where-is-my-shipment volume gets handled instantly, so your team is freed to work the exceptions that actually need a person.
See the solutionQualify quote requests
A chat agent scores inbound enquiries on fit and routes the good ones to the right rep with the context attached. Serious shippers get an instant first response while low-fit enquiries are filtered, so quotes go out faster and the team chases the business worth winning.

Frequently asked questions
How accurate is the document extraction, and what if it misreads a customs form?
It is tuned on your real document types and validates extracted fields against your systems, flagging anything low-confidence for a human rather than posting it silently. Nothing goes through unchecked during onboarding; you review until accuracy is proven on your own paperwork. The aim is fewer errors than manual keying, with a clear record of what was read and where it went.
How is track-and-trace different from the portal we already have?
A portal makes customers log in and look it up themselves; many will not, and they email or call instead. Our agent answers those messages directly, in the customer’s language, pulling live status from your systems and replying instantly on whatever channel they used. It removes the repetitive lookups from your team rather than just hosting the data behind a login.
Will it connect to our TMS, WMS or ERP?
Yes, we build on top of the systems you already run rather than asking you to replace them. The agent reads status and posts extracted data through your systems’ APIs or integration points, and routes exceptions to your existing workflows. If you have an older or in-house platform, we can usually integrate with it too.
How long until something is live?
A first use case, often document processing or track-and-trace, is typically live in 2 to 4 weeks. We start with your highest-volume document type or your busiest customer query, prove it on real shipments, then expand. You see working output on your own data quickly.
What does a typical project cost?
Most operators start with one use case in the low thousands of euros to build, plus a monthly fee for hosting and usage. Set against the hours spent keying documents and answering status questions, the return is usually clear within a quarter. We scope the first project so it pays back before you expand it.
Do we own what you build, and how is our data handled?
You own the workflows, prompts and integrations, documented so there is no lock-in. Shipment and customer data is processed on EU infrastructure under a data-processing agreement, scoped to the systems a use case needs, and never used to train shared public models. You keep control over retention and access.
